Frank Miller - President
Frank has 40 years experience as a chemical process engineer and engineering manager. Previous positions include Director of Engineering for a Fortune 500 food processing company, Chemical Plant Manager, and Chemical Plant Technical Manager. He has also been a consulting engineer to the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and paper industries. Mr. Miller has been responsible for numerous filtration production applications and development projects. He has served as the Lead Consulting Process Engineer in projects for five major proprietary film base filtration system upgrades at Eastman Kodak Company. He has an extensive background and an excellent reputation for completion of successful projects with leading edge chemical process and filtration applications E.I. Dupont and for Mead/Westvaco. He received a B.S. from Syracuse University. Frank has three US patents for unique industrial water treatment technologies. He also has six US and International provisional patents pending for petroleum waste water treatmentY.
Richard Benas - Vice President and Manager of Environmental Affairs
Rick has thirty years of experience with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and is a partner in the firm, Saratoga Associates. He has extensive experience as a Project Manager for major environmental programs and projects. His most notable area of expertise is siting and impacts associated with development of power generation infrastructure, pipeline routing and other energy permitting. He has developed a national client base in the environmental arena. He graduated from the SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry in Syracuse, NY with a degree in Landscape Architecture.
Greg Sovas - Business Development Manager
Greg has over 40 years experience in responsible environmental development, including 22 years as Director of the Division of Mineral Resources at the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. As Director of Mineral Resources, he managed the Oil and Gas Regulatory Program. Mr. Sovas was the primary author of the 1981 Amendments to the New York State Oil, Gas and Solution Mining Law, which modernized the regulatory framework in New York. He is currently president of WRM, LLC.
